You can even get a few summons, if you want to.Īll in all, it is a very flexible support class. On top of that, the class also get revive abilities, CC, buffs and debuffs(passive or active) and has good defenses, so it will rarely get focused down. The Herald multiclass(Paladin+Chanter) gets 2 passive AoE healing effects(Exalted Endurance and Ancient Memory) as well as single target and AoE heals(Lay on Hands and Rejoice my Comrades). Tl dr The most straightforward option is the priestess, Xoti, you get in the first town, Port Maje. The system's pretty flexible, you can even split the job between a couple of them, and supplement it with items as well as any abilities that grant the Robust buff (+5 Con, +2 Armor, regeneration), like a cipher's Pain Block (Serafen was my main healer for most of one game) or barbarian's Savage Defiance (self-only). Your other best bets are a paladin (Pallegina), druid (Tekehu, Fassina), or chanter (Pallegina, Tekehu, Konstanten, Fassina, Vatnir.). There's another priest, Vatnir, but he's from the DLC and pretty hard to get before level 14 or so. Even as a multiclass priest/monk she can potentially handle all your healing needs on her own.

Xoti in particular, since her subclass, Harvester of Gaun, is partly based on the Priest of Eothas (god of light and life) kit, and gives you access to Withdraw and Minor Intercession as class spells. A single-class priest, like Xoti, is going to be the best overall.
